ResortPerks will not at any time sell, rent, or trade your registered email address to any third party. From time to time, ResortPerks may, at its discretion, email you special offers from third parties that represent an excellent value. ResortPerks may share your email address and other customer data with our supplier partners (such as resorts and booking fulfillment engines) as necessary to fulfill your vacation booking.

Accommodation Booking Information

ResortPerks collects the billing address of the credit card used to book accommodations. We process payments securely via PCI-compliant payment gateways (such as Stripe). We collect payment details, card type, cardholder name, and expiration dates. ResortPerks is required to share certain customer details with the resort or supplier partner where you or your guests are booked (including full name, address, phone number, and email address) to guarantee and fulfill your reservation.
