ResortPerks Privacy Statement discloses the information privacy practices for ResortPerks’ United States website, www.ResortPerks.com. This site is intended for use by ResortPerks customers who are over 21 years of age.

Your Email Address

ResortPerks will not at any time sell your registered email address to any third party. From time to time, ResortPerks may, at its discretion, email you special offers from third parties that represent an excellent value. Accommodation Booking Information

ResortPerks collects the billing address of the credit card used to book accommodations. We also collect credit card information, including card number, card type, cardholder name, and expiration date, to bill you for accommodations booked through ResortPerks. Our site is secure. ResortPerks is required to give certain information to the resort or supplier partner where you or your guests are booked. This includes your full name, address, phone number, email address, and any other necessary information to fulfill your booking.

Contests and Sweepstakes Information

Occasionally, ResortPerks may offer customers and site visitors an opportunity to participate in contests or sweepstakes. Information collected by ResortPerks when you participate may include your full name, email address, and street address.

Surveys

ResortPerks may offer customers and site visitors an opportunity to participate in surveys about their experience with our site and/or resort services. For customers, we may also send surveys via email. Participation in these surveys is optional. You may unsubscribe from receiving survey emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email survey you receive. ResortPerks collects PII such as your full name, Customer ID, email address, and/or contact number whenever you submit a question or suggestion or request assistance with viewing your itinerary, logging in to ResortPerks.com, or accessing your account.

ResortPerks offers third-party products and services. These vendors may have different privacy policies and practices than ResortPerks.
